This page will not discuss legal items, it is only meant to describe the process of using RegiTix.com for your events, Our Terms of Service is available here.
Typical RegiTix.com Process
- Create RegiTix.com Account
- Create RegiTix.com Host linked to Account, you must create a host in order to create an event.
- Event Host Information
- Enter Information for how to be paid by RegiTix.com
- Options Include..
- PaypalŪ Account
- Information for check(s) to be sent
- Check(s) Payable To
- Location for check(s) to be sent
- Create an event linked to a Host using RegiTix.com Event Wizard
- Enter Event Information
- Create Tickets
- Create custom fields to be collected at checkout i.e. Guest Address, Name...
- Select look and feel for event sales page
- Preview your event sales page
- Publish your event
- Promote/Sell/Manage your event using RegiTix.com Management Tools
- Link your sales page on your website or Facebook page
- Send your sales page link to your e-mail list
- Online orders are charged a fee at 5% x Order Total + $0.50 per order
- Enter manual ticket/registration sales into RegiTix.com
- Send tickets or will-call reciepts to guests
- Track your sales progress anytime
- RegiTix.com will issue checks or Paypal transfers typically every two weeks.
- (**Optional) User RegiTix.com Management Tools to check-in guests
- (**Optional) Copy your previous event to create another event
